biography
Mary Kathleen Nealon is an attorney with the firm who concentrates her practice in the areas of Elder Law, Medicaid Asset Protection Planning, and Estate Planning. Her significant expertise in these fields allows her to guide her clients on long-term care planning, safeguarding assets, and crafting customized estate plans that reflect each client’s unique goals and circumstances. She has been serving individuals and families in Hopkinton, MetroWest, and Cape Cod for 30 years.
Attorney Nealon holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts School of Business and received her Juris Doctor from the New England School of Law. She has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1991.
Prior to joining Nealon and Nealon, Ms. Nealon was with a consulting firm that provided contract administrators and senior skilled nursing facility managers to nursing homes in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and New Jersey. She has been a panelist and presenter at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Programs, Massachusetts Bar Association, Governor’s Annual Conference on Aging in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine. She has spoken at National Council on Aging and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys annual conferences. Attorney Nealon is a past President of the Massachusetts Chapter of Elder Law Attorneys, the Mission Springs Housing Program, and the Bay Path Home and Community Services, Inc.
