Thomas P. Nealon brings over three decades of trusted legal experience to his clients as a partner at the firm. For more than 30 years, he has provided steady, practical counsel in a wide range of legal areas, including Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning, Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Business Law. His extensive experience allows him to guide individuals, families, businesses, and lenders through complex transactions and legal processes with clarity and confidence.

Clients often turn to Tom not just for his legal knowledge, but for the care and attention he brings to each matter, whether guiding a family through estate planning, helping a first-time homebuyer close on a property, or advising a local entrepreneur on starting a business. He’s also a trusted resource for real estate transactions and frequently appears before planning and zoning boards on behalf of individuals, businesses, and lenders.

Before entering the legal field, Tom built a strong foundation in finance and marketing while working in the high-tech industry, adding a business-oriented lens to his legal work.

Tom earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1977 and his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1985. A lifelong resident of Hopkinton, Tom is deeply committed to his hometown and has given back through public service, including time on the Hopkinton School Committee.

Tom lives with his wife Anne in Hopkinton and is the father of six children and proud grandfather of eight grandchildren.
