Pearl is a 12-year-old island queen hailing from the sun-soaked shores of St. Thomas. Once a free spirit roaming the streets, she now reigns supreme as our Lead Office Greeter and unofficial Head of Employee Well-Being, thanks to a life-changing rescue by the amazing team at Shultz’s House in Dedham.
With years of experience in tail wags and meaningful eye contact, Pearl brings a calm presence, a deep appreciation for treats, and a finely tuned radar for anyone rustling a chip bag. She spends her weekdays patrolling the office, greeting guests with her signature charm, and visiting her “work sisters” for cookies, head scratches, and the occasional heart-to-heart.
When she’s not on duty, you’ll find Pearl napping in sunbeams or taking dignified strolls around the parking lot. On special occasion weekends, Pearl retreats to her luxury getaway at her Auntie Donna’s, where she enjoys being spoiled with spa treatments.
Above all, Pearl brings endless love and joy to her family—Dave, his wife, and her two human sisters—who absolutely adore her and consider her the heart of their home.
