Attorney David M. Click’s practice areas include civil litigation, small business creation and litigation, and land use matters including real estate transactions (residential/commercial) in addition to zoning and zoning appeals pursuant to Mass. Gen. Law 40A. Attorney Click has significant experience in all phases of litigation. His breadth of experience draws from an initial foundation in criminal defense and civil litigation matters along with representation of clients in personal injury matters. Additionally, Attorney Click has represented clients before various administrative agencies, including the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and the Board of Appeal on Motor Vehicle Liability Policies and Bonds of the Division of Insurance.

Attorney Click’s passion for practicing law developed from his undergraduate work at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he earned a B.A. in Forestry in 2004. Attorney Click received his Juris Doctor in 2009 from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. He has been a member of the Massachusetts State Bar since November 2009 and the Massachusetts Federal Bar since March 2010. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.

Attorney Click has been selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2014 – 2019, a peer-nominated honor given to only 2.5% of all attorneys in New England. Attorney Click was featured in Super Lawyers and Boston Magazine as a result of the honor.

Attorney Click grew up in Hopkinton, MA and resides in Upton. When he is not at his office or in court, Attorney Click enjoys being outdoors – hiking, camping, running and spending time with his family and friends. You will often hear him planning his next adventure to a national park, preferably in Alaska, or to visit family in Australia.
