biography
Attorney David M. Click’s practice areas include Civil Litigation, Business Law and Litigation, and Land Use matters including Real Estate transactions (both residential/commercial representation) in addition to Zoning and Zoning Appeals. Attorney Click has significant experience in all phases of litigation dealing with real estate and business transactions. His breadth of experience draws from an initial foundation in criminal defense and civil litigation matters. Additionally, Attorney Click has represented clients before various administrative agencies, including the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and the Board of Appeal on Motor Vehicle Liability Policies and Bonds of the Division of Insurance.
Attorney Click’s passion for practicing law developed from his undergraduate work at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he earned a B.A. in Forestry in 2004. Attorney Click received his Juris Doctor in 2009 from the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. He has been a member of the Massachusetts State Bar since November 2009 and the Massachusetts Federal Bar since March 2010. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association.
Attorney Click is recognized by peers and was selected to Super Lawyers for 2022 – 2025. This selection is based off of an evaluation of 12 indicators including peer recognition and professional achievement in legal practice.
Attorney Click grew up in Hopkinton, MA and resides in Upton with his wife and his twin daughters. When he is not at his office or in court, Attorney Click enjoys being outdoors – hiking, camping, running and spending time with his family and friends. You will often hear him planning his next adventure to a national forest or national park.
